Since ebay does not offer the same protection (return/exchange/refund/buyer protection/answering to Australian laws) as a normal seller. Should they be allow on OzBargain?
Just to clarify, I have no objection to discount codes from ebay or PayPal.

eBay product deal.
I'm not for or against eBay deals on OzBargain but just a point….
Australian consumer laws do still apply to any business (not hobby or Mum/Dad sellers) trading on eBay and selling items with a "Buy It Now" price. The same laws do not apply to the same degree with items that are auctions.
That is my belief anyways.
Australian consumer laws do still apply to any business
Rather, it's "Australian consumer laws do still apply to any Australian business". A lot of things you buy on eBay actually do not come from an Australian business, which makes the law much harder to govern.
oops, yes, I did mean Australian Business sorry, thanks for adding that Scotty. Some sellers have their ABN on their listings which for some items is a thing to check for before buying.
Check ABN before buying — definitely :)
For small gadgets from overseas, I'll rather buy from places like DealExtreme which usually have better price and probably more reputable.
I do not think items on eBay should be posted on OzBargain.
However we have not been able to block on the entire eBay domain because of those eBay-related offers (free insertion, etc). Vote them down if you spot eBay items, and I will include that in our posting guide line later today.
