So purchased 3DS XL Console on the 21st last week with the promo code too, payment made and cleared. Big W emailed me my goods would be in the store i allocated by the 22nd.
Still till this date all i can see on the status its in transit, meanwhile last few days i went into the store, there was about 15 consoles in the cabinet.
I was told i had to wait, and the rep told me it could take up to 15days. I really dont understand why they couldn't take the stock on shelf and make the adjustment to HO.
I know DS OW Click and Collect is based on actual store stock, but i think i wouldnt do it again with big w. though last time i brought online it only two 2 days to get to me.
