Went on to the Play Store to buy try and buy Grand Theft Auto: Vice City 10th Anniversary.
Doesn't come up on my tablet through the Play Store and so I try on the computer.
Comes up, but says my device is not compatible with this app.
I've seen videos of this game being played on this tablet.
TL;DR: Is there a way to get this game on my tablet, preferably legally but I am willing to take other paths.
you have to buy the app on the website or use someones phone and then side-load the app (the .apk file. This can be extracted or backed-up with es file manager) to your tablet.
The app will proceed with downloading the additional data, after its finished installing you can play and it will show up as installed on the google play app. :)
