So I'm waiting for my memory stick. Order has been processed… a week ago! Still not sent. I email them with no response, and check for the online chat function and it's been unavailable all day (supposedly online 9-5). No wonder they have 2 stars. Will keep in mind to check a stores' rating first in future.
Ordered a new UPS from them last week and arrived in 3 days so yes they are still around.
what shipping carrier did they use? and did they provide you with tracking? I didnt get any

they sent my parcel but didn't put an address on it.
i managed to get the tracking number form them and get Couriers Please to re-address the parcel.
