PayPal Here / Square Reader for CC mobile payment

Does anyone know if these or something similiar are available in australia?
paypal here says it isnt, but i have eard off ppl on whirlool using them.

Any other options? one of those mobile eftpos terminals is not feasible.

    They were on trial to select customers for ages and said they would release publicly last September from what I can recall. Haven't heard anything since so likely it's not going ahead.

    I am also interested in this, you download the app and tells you PayPal Here isnt available in your country

    I used the paymate for about 12 months. Works great. The app was free, the unit cost me $19. I was charged $0.50 + 2.25% each transaction. Goes straight into my nominated bank account within 2 business days. I used it along side invoice2go on iPhone. Great mobile products, highly recommended :)

    i didnt really want to pay 20 bucks for the reader,mainly as not too sure how itd go
    but if you reckon itsd ok.. i might give it a try

    did anyone ever have concerns that they were swiping a card into someones phone?

    also weere chargebacks an issue?

    Can't you go to PayPal here and sign up?

    I'm not sure if there's anything special required, but I received my unit awhile ago and have even persuaded others to sign up and try it too.

    tried too… it keeps redirecting to the app which says its not available. or it asks me to create a busines account, which we already have. logging in doesnt change the issue

    do you use it? willing to get rid of the reader if you dont ;-)
