Cheap Property Lawyers

I know, I know… cheap lawyers is an oxymoron.

But has anyone had any good experiences with a lawyer franchise that was good value? We're looking to buy property so it's not complicated work.

    Where are you and what is it you need?
    Is it just the conveyance on a purchase?

      In QLD and yep, just require the conveyancing.

    conveyancers have pretty fixed pricing

    just visit a few and see what they charge and what services they recommend for your property

    3 years ago I used By The Rules located in Noosa (I was buying in Brisbane) as they were the cheapest. they got an agent to appear at the settlement conference.
