I am looking to buy another PS vita, jb HiFi have the killzone bundle for $199 and I am wondering whether I should purchase it now because it could end at any time?
Or does anyone know of a black Friday deal on the vita that will be cheaper?

Im not a fan of Sony replacing the OLED screen with LCD. I love my original VITA

I've used the Slim in Japan when I was in Sofmap, stick with the current model, the screen is nicer and the slim is not slim enough to warrant the drop in screen quality.

Go for it - I grabbed mine from there about 10 days ago and love it - beautiful piece of hardware.
Shame it hasn't found real traction in the market to-date, but that will probably change with these sorts of price drops and the greater connectivity with the PS4.
There are some great games around for us late adopters to jump into.
When the newer model (possibly cheaper to manufacture also) eventually replaces the original outside Japan, the OLED screen version will be no more I suspect.
Totally agree. I got one about a year ago and love it, this one is for my sister. Sold my 3ds because I only ever used the vita
i sometimes forget that i own a 3ds. its funny because i still play it form time to time (just finished pokemon x), but i root for the Vita much more. Maybe because it is a bit of an underdog? lol
I'm the same =) I played pokemon y but only got to the 7th gym and got bored so decided I'll just stick with the vita. No other 3ds games have kept me too interested
yeah by the 7th gym i was getting a bit bored too lol. So went through the last bit quickly, took me 42 hrs in the end!
Oh wow I must of played it really slowly, I was at 45 hours by the 7th gym, but I was ridiculously overpowered too killing all the gym guys with 1 hit ko's =(
You used the XP share right? Makes it too easy, should have came with a warning really. I read up on it before playing the game, I guess that's the benefit of waiting weeks for it to arrive.
no exp share for me. In the end i had a 4 pokemon trained up to level 60's (Pyroar, Delphox, Blastose and Xerneas) and i added two relatively strong ones i caught (Druggidon (?) and Zweilous)
The elite four was pretty easy… one of mine could take out the whole team. I just needed a few hyper potions and it was all good. A stronger elite four would have been better..

Won't necessarily mean the Vita will be less than the cost of buying the console + Vita separately given a few of the good deals around at present…
$199 will probably be the normal price, until the "NEW!!!!!" slim Vita comes into stock. It's a good price for the bundle.
