  Gift Voucher Promotion

  You will only qualify for a free voucher if you spent $50 in one transaction between 31 October 2013 and 9 December 2013 on Men's Clothing (excl. accessories & footwear).

  $50 must be spent using cash or credit / debit card (i.e. you cannot have paid using a gift voucher / credit note)

  You must apply for your free voucher by 23 December 2013.

  The free voucher can be used at any Rivers Store (excluding the online shop).

  Free voucher expires two months from issue date.

  I'd imagine if the sale offer is on until 9 December, 2013 they would start batch processing after this.

  Well, I doubt you can trust a company whose owner and director (Philip Goodman) was recently accused (and settled) by 3 former female employees of sexual harassment and seriously perverse behaviour (keeping the models underwear in a bag in his office, sniff sniff) - the list of accusations goes on and on.

  The fact that this offer from Rivers has now made it to the Shop-a-dockets (where all dying brands go), combined with the downfall of the owner and company reputation suggests to me that their days are numbered.

  You may, or may not, ever see your voucher. Frankly I don't buy $50 worth of slave-labour garments to get another $50 of the same rubbish.

  I guess wait and see, enquire with the company, or contact the ACCC if you have concerns about the timeliness or actual fulfilment of this offer.

  I received my voucher from the deal before the last.
