  • Reading from the last sandisk deal and people talking about reality, how does transcend rank up with the other brands?

    • Very well.

I would get this over the Sandisk 64gb UHS-1 just because of all the problems people have been having with the Sandisk, and it's cheaper to boot.

    • +1

They are all there or there abouts. Sandisk, Lexar, Transcend are all fairly big players in the memory game.

Just remember never to trust the cards, back up back up and back up some more.

  • Fantastic price. More and more Transcend cards here. They make good stuff.

  • Great deal, thank you.

  • "Frustration-Free Packaging" means it doesn't come in its OEM package. How can we know if it's brand new or used?

    • It is used….

Buy Used and Save: Buy a Used "Transcend 64GB MicroSDXC Class10 UHS-1 Memory Card…” from Amazon Warehouse Deals and save 10% off the $49.99 list price. Product is eligible for Amazon's 30-day returns policy and Prime or FREE Shipping. See all Used offers from Amazon Warehouse Deals.

      • Amazon and Amazon warehouse deals are two separate entities. Warehouse deals are used or refurb and they don't ship internationally. Amazon sells new and does ship internationally.

That little blurb there just advertises the fact that you can buy a used one, which typically will be cheaper than new.

Btw, warehouse deals typically have some really good bargains, because in the US they have a 30 days no questions asked return policy. Therefore a lot of Amazons returned stuff ends up on warehouse deals, so a lot of times essentially new item at a good price.

    • it's new. it just doesn't come with any retail packaging.

  • Great deal.

I have 2 Sandisk Ultra 64GB cards and one of these. Always had issues with my Sandisks never with this one. At this price it can't be beat.

  • I missed the other amazon deal but I got this one which is so much better.

  • Are these micro SD with adapter suitable for use in a DSLR?

    • For future reference…
      Yes.

  • Benefit of this one is you can buy multiple cards as well to save on the postage - nice work OP! I didn't manage to get one of the Sandisk ones I actually put up yesterday, lol.

  • Thanks bought one. :)

  • Does anyone have any suggestions on something to add to get free shipping over $35?

  • Got mine in the mail and it is only showing 49.5kb capacity - anyone else having issues with these cards?

    • nope - the capacity on my card looks normal and def didnt show 49.5kb! Have you tried formatting it or contacting amazon?
