Zoro Headphones Buy One Get One Free - $99 Including Delivery for TWO Sets until Monday Nov 25th

40
ZORO1+1

Buy one, get one free! Just $99 delivered, until Monday only.
A once-only limited-time offer for the original Zoro Headphones, in either red, white or black.

Buy a present for your friend(s) and/or family and reward yourself with a pair at the same time.

These are also ideal to take (along with an adapter) on your next plane trip. As they fold-up to a small size and come with a cloth carry bag. Ditch the uncomfortable airline headset that pokes and hurts your ear canals.

Noontec Zoro is a solid audio performer, and comes with a detachable cable. The thick, glossy plastic headband (available in black, white or red) and shiny metallic and red Noontec logo on the earpieces are clearly styled very, very closely after the $299-$399 Beats by Dr. Dre lineup.

The Zoros fold up into a small bundle for compact storage and traveling. Weighing just 150g, the Zoro headphones are light enough to be comfortable to wear for long periods. The headband can be adjusted in order to make it fit perfectly.

At $99.00 delivered for two sets, you'd be mad to miss out on this deal - it's good till Monday the 25th or when stocks are all exhausted. Get the cheapest delivered price in Australia - there's no hidden delivery costs, insurance extras, or pickup/handling charges, and there's no surcharges for paying online with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Paypal.

  • It's just the wired ones and not the A2DP bluetooth ones I take it?

    • It's just the wired ones and not the A2DP bluetooth ones I take it?

Correct. They are the "the original Zoro Headphones". They come with a carry bag, and a detachable 1.2m audio cable.

The Bluetooth (Wireless) Zoros are $109 a pair.

      http://www.auspcmarket.com.au/zoro-wireless-white-hi-fi-ster…

      • are the bluetooth ones also 1+1 ? or does the code work for the bluetooth pair to get the same deal?

        • are the bluetooth ones also 1+1 ? or does the code work for the bluetooth pair to get the same deal?

As per the OP and its description. This two for the price of one bargain is only for the three models linked.

        • any deals on the bluetooth ones?

        • any deals on the bluetooth ones?

I don't know. I was informed about this deal at dinner last night, and was waiting for it to 'go live' before posting.

          EDIT:
Seems like only on the model and colours listed in the OP.

Great headphones apparently! (Never heard one myself)
Tyll from InnerFidelity (respected headphone reviewer) highly recommends them

Excellent headphones! Not that great if you're into alot of bass but other than that its darn good, sound is clear. I own a pair of these an monster headphones, and i much prefer the sound quality of these. Although the side hinges have shown some wear and tear. But still usable nother the less.

Interesting. How long did it take for the hinges to show 'wear'? Do the hinges still work OK? Do you use the headphones a lot? Daily, weekly?

One has to be a bit careful in the way they are folded for packing in the cloth bag. Especially if the cable is left attached. Better to remove the cable.

      • I've used these every day for a year on a building site and my hinges are as good as new.
I'm careful when folding and storing them in the bag at the end of the day.

I like the clean highs and tight bass and how they are so efficient that they play music nice and loud on my $49 Samsung e3210 phone. My $300 Sennheiser headphones don't play as loud on the Samsung e3210 because they need some power to get them working.

We use them with an iPhone, and when doing so we use a Control Talk cable instead of the supplied cable. This gives us a microphone for calls, and volume controls etc.

My son also uses them with a Line 6 POD for music mixing.

Rep - how quickly will you be shipping these once an order is placed?

    • Rep - how quickly will you be shipping these once an order is placed?

I am a friend of the owner of the business. However, I understand that orders are packed and dispatched the same day if received by noon. I guess orders made between now and Monday will be dispatched on Monday.

Please see this page for full details:-
      http://www.auspcmarket.com.au/help-delivery/

How soon is my order shipped
Our goal is that all on-line orders for in-stock products, received weekdays before Midday Sydney time, are packed for shipping that same day - delivery to you is usually the following business day (see next paragraph for more info). Orders placed after 12.00PM, overnight, and on weekends or during public holidays, are packed & shipped the following business day. Note that if you order something that is not in stock, if you order a system that requires assembly, or use a payment method other than a working credit card, shipping may take longer.

Ok great. Next question - If I order 4x headphones (i.e. would normally ship as two packages I assume?) could I possibly ship one set to Melbourne and 3 sets to Perth? Would that still be free postage, and how would I select that in the order process?

Hang on. I will call them for you and ask. I don't think they have a toll free number. Sydney Warehouse number is (02) 9646 8000

          EDIT:
OK. I was informed "Free Delivery to one address only".
So, you could make two orders of two sets and send one order to Melbourne for free delivery and one order to Perth for free delivery.
However, to get only one of the headphone sets to Perth you can pay $16.50 extra for "air-bag" delivery of one set to anywhere in Australia. This would have to be arranged by eMail or a 'phone call.

        • how would I select that in the order process?

I see that someone who actually works at AusPC Market has replied in the thread. So, it seems that you can now use the Comments Box in the Check Out process to advise of different delivery addresses.

looks like a pretty good deal for a decent headphone!

although, i would NOT use them on airplanes as per the description…from what i read, they do not have very good isolation. in that sense, they are probably not particularly great headphones for portable use either. rather they are probably better suited for indoors, but with good portability in the sense of taking between places or to pack when travelling.

but yeah, for the price, seems like a great deal if you're after some good entry level headphones! comparable to CAL, etc.

    • looks like a pretty good deal for a decent headphone!

Others appear to agree with you. However, I note that they, and you, do not vote on this 'bargain'.

Correct that they are not isolation headphones (there is another Zoro model for that). However, I prefer this model as one can hear things around one. My son uses these 'on the street' for example. Hopefully ones plane is a large jet and well soundproofed, and then they are OK to use and you can still hear the staff ask if you require a drink.

but yeah, for the price, seems like a great deal if you're after some good entry level headphones! comparable to CAL, etc.

As an owner, and 'gift giver', of several pairs of these headphones - I would say they are above 'entry level'. More mid level perhaps. Certainly much better than some famous names at prices up to $400 a set. And I paid more than $49.50 a set for all of mine.

      • well it really depends on your place in the headphone world. i understand for some, these would be "mid level"…but any headphone enthusiast will tell you these are thoroughly entry level, not mid-fi. great entry level, but at most entry level mid fi….

(better than beats does not equal mid-fi)

    All good things said and not a single +ve vote… ?! O.o

    • All good things said and not a single +ve vote… ?! O.o

Yeah, strange. Most of those who said good things already have a set - so maybe bad feelings as they paid a lot more? I paid $58 to $60 a set for the ones I purchased, and I picked them up myself - no free delivery.

Still one would think this deal itself at $49.50 per pair including delivery is a very good bargain. So hopefully those other owners will later vote positively to encourage other OzBargainers.

I've updated the info pages for people who want to split-ship, as the cart does not allow multiple-ship-tos:

Type the 2nd address in the comments and we'll send a second set by courier for $16.50 charged after checkout.
If you buy 2 different colours, please make sure your comment specifies which colour goes to what address.

The per-set price works out to $49.50 - others are $67->$110+ (need to add Card/Paypal/Insurance/Handling surcharges to those cheaper guys, though - none of them apply @ AusPC).

Orders placed from now till the deal closes are going to be packed Monday morning, so Sydney customers will get delivery Monday afternoon onwards, elsewhere by AAE/Startrack is normally next-day.

    • Yes, I understand your idea here - but if I order 4x pairs (which you would normally ship in two packages) and have 3x pairs sent to Perth and 1x to Melbourne - you're still only sending two packages. Just one bigger than normal and one smaller than normal.
      Can you please confirm?

      • +2

2 headphones fit in one airbag. 3 headphones takes 2 airbags to ship, so we have to pay for one additional freight cost when we ship 3 headphones.

Sending 3 'phones to 1 location, and 1 to another location will cost us 3 airbags, whereas 2 sent to each location will cost us 2 airbags.

We don't make enough to cover 3 airbags from 4 headphones, hence the extra charge.

I think they are somewhat restricted by the AirBags used and supplied by their freight company.

The ZORO comes in a fancy gift box similar in size and weight to the one used by MONSTER for their Beats by Dr. Dre. Shipping weight/volume is 2.1 kilos.

3x pairs sent to Perth and 1x to Melbourne

Would be three bags I believe?

$49.50 is around, or even under, cost price inc. GST. So, with delivery, AusPC would be at a loss position on these headphones already.

I will let the staffer from AusPC give you a better reply.

        EDIT:
Beaten because of my slow typing yet again.

        • Ok. No worries. This "2 headphones fit in one airbag" cleared it up perfectly.

Yeah, it is a big gift box.

Here is a pic of some ZORO boxes in a display bin. I think at BestBuy in the USA.

  • hi, I just tried to order using the code and my order shows just 1 headphone! I'm going to try contacting the site but thought maybe you could help me find out what's the issue! Thanks

You have to click to buy on the item page. Then go to your cart and change the quantity to 2 items. Then click to refresh the cart. Then add the code.

    • Thanks for your attention.
the issue is that I've already done that! in the last page it asked for the code and I entered it, but when I received the confirmation email it just shows 1 headphone and in the basket was just only one, and in my order history on the web site (in my account) it's still one!
I did send you the order number in your inbox.
could you please fix this? I have already contacted your support but I presume they won't be available till monday.
      Thanks

As I said in my reply to your message sent via OzBargain. I have no access to the order system nor to the website 'back end' shopping cart. I am a friend of the owner of AusPCmarket. The other rep posing in this thread works there in management or technical support - perhaps they can assist.

    • ah! sorry, i didn't see your reply. it's all good now. auspcmarket got in touch and fixed the issue. sorry for hassling you here! :)
