Easyway, slowly diminishing. Gong cha all the way. Haven't tried cha time though.
Chatime original ("premium") isn't very good. Their honeydew, chocolate milk teas and most of the black teas are good though.
The best part about chatime though is they have paypass now (no minimum) so you can use ing 5% cashback :)
I always see a crazy line at Gong Cha (Ok, sometimes I am part of it) and then all the other ones, not so much. I wonder why?

Unfortunately, I do find easyway stores to be quite inconsistent compared to chatime and gong cha. And the box hill is a bit better than the city stores I've been to.
