I got an email titled 'Your order has been allocated to a store for processing'
Many of us got that, but it doesn't guarantee you'll get your stuff.
They may risk becoming another catch-phrase at OzB, like "oh I hope this deal isn't going to be another Good Guys".

I ordered less than an hour after it was posted. Received allocation email (local store) and then dispatch email an hour later.
Oh and apparently according to one kook in the main thread I'm a broden and an undercover GoodGuys agent who posts propaganda in the forums :)

Me too, they would have a lot of orders. If they couldn't supply they would probably have let us know by now.

I got a call, they don't have the games, but there giving me a refund and a 20 dollar gift card. Lol. They must be running out of those too, given that many got $40. Lol, probably won't shop from there much, but at least I got something… Lame that they would have a sale when they don't have the stock to go with it. Naughty, Naughty.
I got a call too, order cancelled with full refund and $20 gift card. Not the worst outcome.
Ordered Assassins Creed Revelations and Assassins Creed Brotherhood. AC:R was sent and received yesterday, AC:B was sent yesterday (Apparently) but I got a call today saying they were out of stock and I was getting a refund and a $20 voucher.
Tracking number shows that it is in transit.
Game turned up after being rung and saying they didn't have the stock.
Rep called me saying that they don't have any of the games in stock, and they would reimburse me with a refund and also send me a $40 gift card.
He then rang me back a couple hours later saying they had Lego City 3DS, Pokemon Rumble and Pokemon Black in stock and that I would receive them and also the $40 gift card. This was on Thursday. Haven't received any confirmation email yet though.
Meh, I'ma just wait, see what happens.
I got the call on weekend. I also got the email. To me it seems like they're gonna try this whole week to fulfil orders, but if not they will issue refund and mail out the voucher.

has everyone been getting calls on their mobile? I have both home and mobile phone listed on my paypal account.
I have not got a call. I got an e-mail with a list of games they def do have and them promising refunds for the ones they dont.

They must've taken mine from the phone no. I had registered on my Paypal acct. My order itself didn't have a phone no., but they correspond with me via both eth number & email my Paypal was linked to.

I received an email today saying they can't source any of the five games I ordered, so they'll be refunding and sending me a $40 gift certificate.
Annoyingly at least two of the games I ordered were on that "The titles we can definitely supply are as follows…" email they sent out 24 Nov.
Same, lame. 1 of mine was on the list of "you will def get" dont know why they sent that e-mail if they didnt know they could get them.
Really rubbs me the wrong way after how long we had to wait. Whats the bet I go into the store and see one of the games for like 60 bucks.
Guys, to show TGG that you mean to never support them again I suggest that you all give the vouchers to me for spen.. safe disposal.
To be fair I never did support them. I've only noticed them having more of a games presence in the last few weeks leading up to the xbone launch.
I've now got another email saying they made an error, and that I'll now definitely be receiving the titles that appear on that list.
