Now four weeks since I ordered a dress from TM Lewin, and still nothing so I emailed another complaint and asked for a refund.
part of their excuse for the delay is
"due to an unforeseen issue with Australian Customs; a backlog of International post has built up causing delays to customers receiving their goods."
Before I call BS, is anyone else experiencing delays getting parcels in from overseas??
TM lewin is a reputable company i dont think they will lie
