Hi guys, just attempted to claim the summer cashback from canon online. I bought a Canon 700d twin lens kit. Now there is a serial on the box, another serial on the camera, 18-55 lens and 55-250 lens. Which one should i use for the claim? Should i add all the serials or just the box. I tired adding all but there was an error and finally i tired with just the serial which was on the box..and the claim went through. How did you guys do it.

Did you get the refund yet?
No I just claimed yesterday.
I used the one also on the base of camera.
After many attempts my claim went thru.
Got a email today as claim approved.
Yeah it was confusing. I just followed this site http://www.canon.co.uk/Support/Consumer_Products/Where_to_fi…. I.e. I used the number from the base of the camera itself.
