Most 'donation deals' are like, 10000 pts = $100 value.
This implies that every redeemable reward dollar can bring $2 to a charity/cause. Maybe not the best value if u consider tax deductibility in this context.

Oddly enough I was just looking at cashing in my flybuy points as well…Money of petrol doesn't seem to bad or even money off the next shop seems good.
Only redeem for petrol vouchers if you buy more than 50 litres of petrol at a time.
best is buy petrol voucher if you can fill two cars at once, 1000 points equal 10c off, for me, I fill the cars of mine and my wife together, usually save $10 a time.
Hm… Just check first if you do this. We used to fill two cars - then the garage changed hands - and they told us we could only fill one car per docket. It even says it on the dockets, but they'd never enforced it before, and we'd never read it on the docket. (Forget which one is was now, Coles or WW.)
I use flybuys dollars. 2000 flybuys points are worth $10. That makes it 0.5cents per flybuys point.
If you have lots of Mix clothing products at your Coles store you can get a $20 voucher for 2000 points. This is double the value of the flybuys dollars but can only be used in certain circumstances.
The petrol deal is good but as I said above, you need to buy more than 50 litres of petrol in one visit to make it worthwhile. I'll explain my calculations. To get a 10 cent per litre voucher added onto your next coles fuel voucher, it costs 1000 points. Using the 0.5cents per point calculation above, this means that 1000 points is worth $5. In order to save more than $5 at the pump you then need to put more than $50 litres of petrol into the car. 50 litres times 10 cents per litre equals $5.00 saving at the pump. If you put in more than 50 litres you save more than $5 per petrol fill.
I am using 10,000 points and getting 1 x $50 adrenalin gift card with another 1x $50 as a bonus. Will make a great Xmas present for my nephew and his girlfriend.

It is a double bonus deal. Check under the rewards tab and it has double bonus deals. So for this it is buy one get 1 free.

I have 3 flybuys cards (my Dad, Brother and us) in operation. I dont have coles mastercard, have coles insurance get some bonus points every month. Havent cash in the flybuys points for about 3 years, get the bonus points when on offer (but I dont spend money on things I dont want), use the weekly vouchers they send which gives bonus points.
I have been a flybuys member since day 1 - have scored a few flights early on when they were better value

every 10 weeks or so I get sent vouchers that I can use each week. It may offer 500 bonus flybuys if I spend over $100 or the next week maybe triple flybuys points for any transaction of my choice.
Maybe it is a targeted offer like they do. Maybe give the flybuys info line a call to see if you can get them.

100k can give you $500 cash in your debit card. That's the best deal for me.
Best value is often in the donation gifts to organisations like Unicef etc.
