Is MSY's employee trustable ?

Hi fellow bargainers,

Recently i bought a MSI ATI GPU from MSY, however it didn't come with the never settle code.
After 2 days i email msy ask to it, they get back and ask whether i want it sent to me or email. i said i want the physical code ( never held one in my hand before ).
2 days later they get back and quote:

"We are not able to ship the coupon to you. What we can do is email you the photo of that coupon. Please find attachment. "

As far as i can see is they go back in their word and disregard my wish ( that i want the physical code ). That doesn't count their mistake at the first place.

I don't want to use the code now ( none of those game i really want ). My question is:
Can MSY/MSY's employee be trusted to not use my code ?
What i can do to make sure it won't happens [ if possible ]?

    So I'm guessing you want to resell the code, but because you don't have the physical copy this is difficult for you?

    Doesn't matter if they give it to you or not, they still have potential to use it (by writing it down.)

    Don't stress, if you want to sell the games sell them as codes.

    When I bought my graphics card, they had a whole bunch of games code cards. He could of used all of them for all I know. Chances of him using it is the same as if you buy a game from anywhere else and the salesperson already using the code for himself.

    They are running a business, take the photo and go get your games…
    It's not exactly good business to try and screw customers…

    You have an email with an attachment from the company?
    Don't stress, if the code is already used when you go to use it , u can probably get AMD to curbstomp them with the proof you have…

    No i didn't plan to resell the code, i was waiting for COD4 then use it.
    But i guess i will go with trust then.

      MSY is fine, they sent me 2 codes accidentally so I used them lol

        This is exactly why they are not fine, you probably got someone else's.

          nope, they have a reserve of game codes, most codes aren't even claimed, offer ends dec 31st this year
