You can enter as many times as you wish, as multiple claims are permitted. However only one (1) claim is permitted per valid receipt/purchase, and each claim must be submitted separately.
You will be asked to supply a copy of your purchase receipt by selecting one of two options and following the on screen instructions, either: a) Scanning the receipt and uploading as an attachment onto the web page or b) Posting a copy of your completed claim form by mail. This must be received by last mail on 10/1/14 to be able to qualify for the claim.
You can choose whether you want to receive your winning amount as an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into your nominated bank account or as a prepaid MasterCard® gift card that will be sent to the address you supplied on the online claim form
Payments via EFT will be made within 14 working days and payments made by prepaid MasterCard® gift cards will be delivered within 28 working days of the proof of purchase being received and validated.
