  Nothing received, no email, nothing.
  Rang 'em to be told my order had "slipped through the system".
  Hadn't even been given a refund, despite them taking $30 from me.
  If I hadn't called to find out what had happened, would have never refunded.
  Shoddy service.

    I had the same experience but they reactivated the order as I still wanted the stuff.
    Package arrived 3 days later.
