  Lastly, it's already been confirmed that the Moto G will get Android 4.4 KitKat by January 2014

  Take note this Jiayu only does single band 3G (2100mhz). Moto G does quad band.

    The Moto G at this price is only a 1GB RAM and 8GB Storage (non upgradable/No SD) with a 5Mpix camera - so as far as Hardware is concerned, it is much lower specced.
    You are right about the Frequency bands though and there should actually be a better drop in ChinaPhones to match this.
