Officeworks: HP Multipurpose A4 80gsm Reams and Fuji Xerox Laserprint A4 80gsm Reams, $2.50 Each

730

The Fuji Xerox paper is the same as the last deal and is at a number of stores it seems, however the HP stuff (main link) is on clearance and doesn't seem to be at as many stores.

I imagine it's all much the same but if you prefer HP paper over Fuji Xerox paper for whatever reason, you've got that choice.

Both are in store only, BTW.

  • +5

    Cheaper than toilet paper.

Anyone had experience in using these as toilet paper? Please elaborate.

      • Doesn't scrunch up well.. sharp.. and the smoothness of the paper just rubs it all around…

        • +2

just give it a little bit of a dip in the bowl and you should be sweet

        • +1

Can fold it few times, have some edge thickness, then scratch the business away.

        • Thanks for the advice! Don't know why I didn't think of that earlier!

      • At school i knew a kid that hated the TP in the boys toilets so he would scrunch up an A4 then flatten it out over and over untill the paper became soft like a tissue (approx 2hrs)
He swore it was worth it!, i told him he could buy TP and put it in his bag… He refused to buy it when school A4 paper was free..
Ozbargainer in the making i recon!

  • Yeah but it was a different brand and they those where limited time only, this is the new stuff.

  • HP's website has a 12 page selector guide on their office papers, but does not show the point of origin.
We all know china and Indonesia's record for responsible logging.(not)

    • Last time I checked HP Multipurpose papers country of origin it had 'Made in Brazil'. This was however about a year+ ago so they may be now sourcing from a different manufacturer…

You can infer your own assumption based on Brazil as the origin..

  • Is there a limit on how many you can purchase like Fuji
