  It is like RACV in Victoria but for NSW. Here is their website. I think RACV might have similar offer if you are their members and receive their magazines.

  It says in store only and you need to bring your membership card with you. I guess since it is an NRMA offer, it applies to Rebel Sports in NSW and ACT only.
  
  Maybe someone can confirm whether there is a similar offer from RACV?

    Normally 5% off everything not on special/discounted already
