As per the title, I recently got a refund (only took them 2months+) from gocomp regarding a faulty MIVE-Z (deed faulty by ASUS in silver water due to no replacement parts).
Anyway, they refunded me the cost of the item but there's still a small amount from the shipping that was not covered. Should I contact them for the money or should I just write off the $12.50?
It depends on how much your time is worth for you, really. If you're busy or you have better things to do, $12.50 isn't much, but if you have spare time and want to get to the bottom of it, I'm sure with enough hassling, you'll get the money back.
