Sun cure won't do the trick?? google "UV resin surfboard"
I've fixed some pretty serious damage with the ocean earth version and still is working very well, the key parts are:
prep:
-clean ALL salt and wax off the area in question..
-dry the core of the board(this can take weeks if its water logged..)
-sand around the area damaged with very coarse sand paper to create scratches for the adhesive to tongue into..
-leave as many fibres sticking out of the old glass as possible
Suncure:
-use the sun cure library in the shade.. shape it up and be sure to have at least mm thick in all places but it won't hurt if its a centimetre..
-let it set for 15 mins in the sun
-sand it with smooth paper
-SURF!!
