[EXPIRED] Special on Telstra prepaids for OzB'ers (Huawei Y300, Lumia 520, HTC Desire 300)

Hey guys, I want to give back to ozbargain for all the savings you guys have given me. I work at a post office in the western suburbs of Melbourne (Highpoint area) and so I asked the boss if he could give discounts to ozb'ers for the following phones, and he said yes.

The phones and prices:

  • Telstra Huawei Y300 - $75 (RRP $99)
  • Telstra Nokia Lumia 520 - $110 (RRP $149)
  • Telstra HTC Desire 300 - $140 (RRP $179)

Thing is, he hasn't ordered any in yet. He'll only order them if we get over 5-6 orders. It would have to be instore only, and it might take a week to get the stock in (from the order date). Also note that this isn't a promotion across all post offices - it's just because I thought it'd be a nice bargain for you guys.

Please reply asap if you would like us to order one for you, but only if you're serious. It'd really suck if we ordered the phones in and people bailed (it's happened before).

      if only there was a system in place that would allow you to buy one and have it sent to your house.

      Had one, and it's not the best.

      I would try JB-HIFI since you can get one unlocked for around $80 (negotiate)

          Hey info2leon, did you still want the Y300? I can send it out tomorrow for $75, exp post plat so you'll get it Monday (or on the weekend, if they're doing weekend deliveries in your area right now).
