    These are usually not a good deal, since they just sell lots of these and overload the server, so it is slow as hell.

    What guarantees do you have you are not going to do that?

      Cheaper doesn't mean they oversell (and who knows if those more expensive hosting providers oversell or not…), I don't see the point to neg here.

    Just wondering what is the OS and DB for this plan? Linux + MYSQL or something else? what is the limitation for each database?

      Hi there prinzw,

      Good guess. It is Linux + MySQL… although we do allow you to use different apache mods (from within cPanel) to use other database management systems. There is no limitations on the databases other than the amount of space in your account, in this case your website + database can't exceed 5GB.

    Made an account just to say this.

    I bought their last deal (2gb $24/year). Although I am still yet to play around with it thoroughly, their customer service is amazing.

    I made a silly mistake while signing up and the amount of time they took to fix it was purely amazing.

    At the moment I recommend them for their customer service, can't guarantee anything else yet, haha.

      I can't give you too much info as to our business - but at the moment, we don't charge GST. We have formed into a comapny (9WEB PTY LTD) and it'll be registered for GST and it'll be taking over the reigns in 2 weeks. Until then our accountants say we don't need to charge GST.

      You have to sign up for 1 year to get the 3.50/m offer. If this is unacceptable to you, let us know and we can sort something out for you =)

      In the future when you go to renew, GST will be included in the 3.50/M.

    I'm trying to setup a professional account and have hit a roadblock, what do I put in for the Eligibility Number? Sorry if that's a dumb question.

      It depends. It seems you're trying to register a .au domain. They require a certain eligibility. Usually this is an ABN number or ACN.

      So the Eligibility Number will generally either be a ABN or ACN number.
