Target Online Now Charging a $5 Click & Collect Fee For Orders Under $25

I just discovered Target has started charging a $5 click & collect fee for online purchases under $25 instead of being free :(

It was good while it lasted

    Considering they use Australia Post to deliver to the store, I'm not surprised they can't wear the cost.
    Annoying that they can't sort out their logistics to use their normal store delivery mechanisms for free, even if it took a few days longer.

      orders take nearly a fortnight as it is :)

      admittedly i've order a click and collect item for a grand total of $0.50.

        I think they get there sooner, they just never send a confirmation email to say it is ready to collect.

    The Click and Collect concept at Target was never going to last as it stood. They used excessive premium packaging (I picked up one blu ray in a box that would have held a pair of large boots), then eParcel to deliver to the store, all when the exact same item was sitting on the store shelf 20 metres away.

    click & collect min is now $40 and free home delivery min is now $75 :(
