    speaking of delays, China Post/HK Post(and soon everyone i suppose!) have recently said they won't be shipping loose lithium batteries anymore and to enforce this they have started to x-ray packages, and this will delay shipping, seeing as this item comes with loose lithium batteries, as per this HKP excerpt on their site;

    To safeguard aviation security, Hongkong Post does not accept the sending of air mail items (including Speedpost) that contain dangerous articles such as perfumery products, lighters and lithium batteries. Recently, there is an increasing number of air mail items detected to contain suspected dangerous articles, in particular, lithium batteries, which lengthens the screening process. In this connection, air mail registration service, iMail service and Bulk Air Mail service may be subject to delay. Any inconvenience caused is much regretted.*

  I have a similar one but with one battery. Had it for a couple years with no problems.
  I would use better batteries and a better charger. 18650 batteries worry me.

  What voltage/current draw would this be running at?

    18650's are great, the just need to be respected. I use the protected Panasonic ones and they last ages, heaps better than any ****fire ones.
