I have registered my 28 Degrees card with Paypal. However, it still debits my bank account for payment. How can I change it to charging my 28 Degrees card for payment? Thanks.

Paypal always try to deduct from bank account (especially with merchants who don't charge immediately when the order is placed no matter what payment method you chose).
It's best to remove bank account info if you don't need to transfer money out of paypal.
Just to add, if you do not remove your bank account, you will need to change the funding source every time you make a payment. Also, to make use of 28 degree's best FX rates, make sure you select "Charge me in foreign currency" instead of using paypal's conversion.
I have removed my bank account now. How can I select "Charge me in foreign currency" instead of using paypal's conversion. Is it done every time you pay for an item in foreign currency? Or is there an option you can select in Paypal web site so it would apply to all future purchases?
Thanks everyone.
I did it per transaction too, and I find that paypal can remember that option.
I am yet to find that option of presetting the FX method. I usually do it for each transaction.
Change your 'funding source' - it's in the options
