I got my refund, eventually. No mail correspondence by Don't Stock (Dick Smith). No rush to refund me either.
If it concerns you, my experience with several orders from WowHD is that they deliver. Dick Smith are amongst the worst examples of Australian online retail presence (though I've had several issues with Australian online retailers, so it's not just them).
