not very happy with my purchase, I bought a medium, fits OK, but the neck is very small (and I don't have a big neck!) to the point that it slightly suffocates me.

Ordered 7 shirts, i found if you buy more than 1 NB shirt it adds the 12 pound charge for tracking, but the umbro one you can order up to 9 without getting the extra charges.

Has anybody received their order? Mine was marked shipped on 1st November but no sign of the order yet. What are their delivery times like?
Mine was marked shipped on the 31/10/2013 and I still haven't received it either.
I had contacted their customer service and was told that it might take up to 30 days for the order to arrive.

I had a notification email, entailing that my order was dispatched on the 31st of Oct 2013. I've yet to receive my order, despite having an estimated delivery of the 20th of NOV. I've submitted a query, but I'm wondering if I should just file a note through Paypal.
Just an update. My order has been outstanding for a month and still no shirts. I contacted them a few times and they said after one month if they have not arrived they will refund me which they did this morning.
The about of issues i have had lately ordering from the UK and never receiving it is a joke
