Does anyone know if acer iconia w510 that has 2gb ram, 1.8duel core with some sort of grahic s card will be able to run a game with requirements of.

Shouldn't be an issue. Iconia W510 has Atom Z2760 which is still quite a bit faster than the old Pentium 4 2.4GHz.
