I always see people on ozbargain mention the officeworks pricematch, but I have never done it myself.
Today I tried to have this pricematched, but they included the price of delivery into it. They wouldn't pricematch just the price without postage. Is this correct? Have other people had luck pricematching without postage price included?

As long as it's shipped from Aus, and has an aussie warranty, they'll match it. Seeing as Kogan is both shipped form overseas, and the warranty is offshore, I don't think they'd do Kogan.

I dont think they pricematch grey import stuff too, since warranty isnt the same.
I was able to price match an external hard drive recently without postage included. I think it depends on who's serving you. I called up their call center, pointed out to 2 other websites having list price (excluding postage) less than theirs and they matched it straight away. I think without even checking those sites. May be I was lucky or they have a limit until which they can match without scrutiny.
This is certainly correct. ShoppingSquare usually have the best "looking" prices, until you add the postage and than you see the true price. It's common sense. You can't price match something that's in-store in hand, for something that may be shipped overseas from Hong Kong warehouse without expecting the postage to be included into the total price.
I've never known Officeworks pricematched ShoppingSquare, wonder if they do for Kogan etc.
