Cheap Vodafone SIM to test 3G

Hi there,

Any recommendation for a cheap Vodafone (or reseller) sim so I can test Vodafone 3G in my area?

It costs $2 for a prepaid sim. Or you could walk into a dealership and tell them that you're interested in a plan, but insist on testing out the coverage in your area first. That way they'll give you a SIM card to test for free. Btw, they're rolling out 4G in metro areas now.

You haven't said which area you're at though.

Thanks for that! I'm in North Melbourne, so 4G would probably be available. I don't have a 4G modem / phone though..

Safeways sells the cheap sim cards too.

Vodafone has 30 days network gaurantee… sign up on a plan and if u are not happy with the network coverage, u can cancel the services within 30 days, no questions, no commitments but u have to return the handset (if u have any). Hope this helps
