With rice, I am always torn between buying local vs the idea of encouraging
an industry which is planting a crop which requires ample rainfall in a desert
continent.How big? 1kg or 10kg?
Size could be added in title.When was the last time you saw rice at $10 for a 1kg bag????

I need to be paid to eat this rice. Anyway, it's Low-Gi and good for some people, but I won't eat it again.
Sunrice used to be ok until they started using imported rice. There's too much variance from batch to batch. You never know what you're getting.
I used to like their long grain Basmati, now it's just gloop. Aldi's home-brand basmati is now my go-to.
