I suspect because you have to go to the warehouse and it's not for online sale.
I suspect there are plenty of people in NSW right this minute that are residents of other states…
from memory the larger ticket item like an oven that I bought was also free delivery, so i'm guessing they will only deliver to NSW only. but if you come from another state and provided a NSW delivery address that would be ok. and I don't recall being asked for residential address for smaller items like a cake mixer that I just picked up and carried it away,

I've been to this sale in the past and it's not too bad,
expect long queues and load of peoplehere is last years thread
http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/55088Ok does anyone know where the bloody warehouse is?
Tried going last year but my Navman brought me to a dead end road.
There were literally 50 cars circling the same street to no avail.
There is a big map at the end of the PDF:
http://www.delonghi.com/Global/countries/au/pdfs/Warehouse%2…try approaching lyn parade from kurrajong rd, accessing lyn parade from Hoxton park road will lead you to a dead end at a roundabout.. that's what happened to me last year.
Went last year. It is ridiculously hard to get to… but I found it eventually haha
Definitely some good bargainsNo, right next door, nice and convenient.
I had been to this sale a few years ago. Yes, it was definitely hard to find with loads of people and a big queue, but I think it is worth it as there some really good bargains. I ended up buying an Oil Heater, a Steam Iron and a Food Processor.
"NSW residence only" - naked racism ))))
statism
NSW residents Only
WT!!! Why do they care where you live?
What if you pay cash, do they still ask for your residential address ?
