Hey, looking for someone who has access to the buy/swap/sell? I've only been a member 2 months and theres a 3 month wait apparently before you can view that forum.

Just wondering on the price of some used GPU's. Mine has died and I'm using a borrowed gtx 460 :(
I'll be probably going for nVidias 8xx next year but want something that will have good resale value when I upgrade.

Can anyone give me some prices of say any card gtx660 or higher or radeon 7870 or higher? Just wondering if theres much of a difference to ebay prices as I've heard OCAU is usually better with better reliability of not getting a dud.

    They both fall in the region of $150+pp to $200+pp

    And about $40 bucks more brand new with full warranty.
    I'm not seeing there being much resale value in them by the time you are looking to offload them tbh.

    7950 can be had for 200 which I think is a great deal - I even got one with a game coupon included. I have a spare gtx 670 4gb that I bought 2 weeks ago and used for 10 days for $300 if you're interested :P

    I imagine there's going to be a ton of people offloading their GTX 780/7970/7990s in the next month or 2 to get the 290x too

    hhmm, considering I can get a brand new gtx660 with full warranty for $220 doesn't seem worth it does it :( Was hoping for a bit cheaper. Oh well, might have to just stick it out with the gtx 460 for a few more months
