Cheap and best Removalist in Sydney

Just wondering if you guys know a cheap removalist?
I dont really see deals on deal sites anymore.

I am moving for first time from 2 bedroom apartment.

Also, do they also come and pack for you? (obviously not my clothes :)

      Would like to know both options. There is no point getting the cheapest one if he is going to break all my stuff :). I suppose need to have decent reviews.

    We used CityMove recently, they were quite good and reasonably priced.

    Most removalists offer a packing service (including clothes), at an extra cost obviously.

    We got all our packing boxes second hand and free from someone on gumtree. Worth having a look as it saves hundreds.

    There are lots of dodgies out there so beware.
    You should be able to pack for yourself unless you want to pay heaps for them to do it.
    How far are you moving? Also depends on how big your load is.

      Not really far. Its within sydney. Moving from Surry Hills to Crows Nest. Under 10KM.
      Its not that much stuff. Standard stuff in 2 bedroom apartment

    I've moved twice with these guys http://www.hanjin.com.au/removal_eng/
    They supplied moving crates and they will disassemble furniture for you.
    they were polite, carefull and not expensive

        If I remember correctly, they charge for minimum 2 hours at a rate for $65/hour. Better you ring them and see if you can negotiate - which they do.

    When they give you a quote make sure you clarify how many people will do the job and whether the quote is per person per hour.
