          Kogan charge GST when applicable,you need to send it back with Mobileciti also AND you need to pay the postage,with Kogan they will pay the postage.
          It doesn't matter how many negs you give me Kogan have the better deal.

      It's unlocked meaning you can use it with any carrier but it just has Optus software loaded on it.

      Active is heavier.
      Active is dust and water resistant.
      S4 uses Super AMOLED display whereas the S4 Active uses a standard TFT display.
      13MP camera on the S4, 8MP on the S4 Active.
