A friend of mine has shorts that have pockets on the inside, labeled keys money cards, (they dont need to be labeled but his are)
He was given them so has no Idea…

Na, theyre just normal everyday shorts, Got 2 side pockets(like normal), but 4 on the waist of them on the inside..
I was going to but a leg wallet, But I never wear a belt, drawstring, But I wouldnt trust that ..
Those leg/neck wallets are the unsafest things around if you are going overseas to a country where pickpocketing is a problem (which is the only reason you'd try to hide your wallet of course). When my husband and I travelled overseas for six months, we put our cash, cards and room keys into the pocket of his Scottevest shirt and felt 100% safe. It won't hold your wallet (unless you have a small wallet)but it will hold your passport and cards/cash.
I just got back from Europe using them and worked perfectly.
I also bought their t-shirt for when my passport is required but don't want to go rumbling down my pants.

Not Exactly what your looking for but Costco has some awesome Cargo pants with security pockets. All over the pants (they have zip off legs if your in colder or hotter climate) it has 11 pockets I think. two of them being security pockets. Both security pockets on the Right side (sorry leftys) One zip Sec pocket on the right front on the hip and one zip sec above the knee. the rest are Velcro pockets.
Also on the subject of hidden pocket Security wear/Travel wear I have to say take a look at Scotte vests. They're kinda pricey unless you can find them on ebay cheap, but they're awesome well built and allowed me to carry 4~ kg of extra items with me as carry on with no one questioning me or anything in fact didn't get asked to be searched at shops or anything now that I think about it. I regularly get searched in woolies/kmart jb ect because of the mini backpack I lug my tablet and other shit in. Maybe they aren't allowed to ask to look through your pockets on jackets and shit well either way no hassle when I wore them and the best thing I didn't have to empty any of my pants pockets when I went through airport security.

Just buy these leg wallets or a cheap neck wallet and tie it to your belt loops and let it sit against your leg..
