This deal has the guitar rig 3 full software version instead of the usual lite version which comes with guitar rig session. The full software version on it's own is $339 USD. Buying the session version gives a USB breakout box - not as good as firewire, but still pretty good given the overall price. The demo from their website is worth trying first.
