Saw this on Steam and did a bit of research. Cheaper than buying a CD Key for it! If you can split a 4 pack the price goes down to $18 USD each (says maths). It's apparently a brilliant game and has won lots of awards, but I guess I'll see if that's true tonight.

Quality game.
Great game, but I want to get it for cheaper….(maybe Valve just spoiled me)
Want to buy the game…but…should I wait for a bigger discount? I don't even have people to play with. :|
It's a great game, reached level 100, played for 1 month.
Now, is just too boring. Hopefully they will have more new maps and missions!
Agreed. Cool game, but not a whole lot of a content. Worth $30 dollars though in my opinion. I got a fair few hours out of it
Is there an Ozb steam group? Maybe we should make one so that we can play all our bargain games together like the rockstar club for gta v
I would be keen on this. I have so many MP games which I am yet to touch, because they are more fun co-op than solo. Dead Island, Borderlands, Sniper Elite, etc.
If we have a group running, then I might buy Payday 2 as well… else I have no one to play these MP games with. :|
You never rob a proper high class bank in this game. Developer failed on so many levels.
You do have a point; but I don't consider this a "failed" game by any stretch, it's still a very multi-faceted, squad-based shooter with a good amount of varied levels.
Personally I think they should have attempted to recreate either famous movie heists like the epic bank robbery/shootout from the 1995 film Heat or famous real-life robberies, like North Hollywood Shootout or Securitas Depot Robbery.
I actually bought this game on release and it was great, but I read up about it and the more I found that was missing from the game the more I hated it.
Welp. I've clocked 9 hours on the demo already, your comment has piqued my interest. Can you link me to some of the articles/posts you read up on so I can fully appreciate just how much of the experience we missed out on?
Up until a certain level (I think around 40 or something), the game is great. As a demo, the game would seem perfect. But then you realize all the flaws and things missing like the customizing of your base, half the levels are missing, there's only one bank with different settings etc. I tried searching on reddit for the interview of the flaws but couldn't find it.
For those who aren't convinced, give the demo a go. It's quite extensive - you can go up to level 10. Items to my knowledge aren't restricted - I've received a few masks from doing Overkill missions.
TBH I'm quite happy playing the demo version on a singular map and then waiting til Christmas season and grabbing the game when it's inevitably discounted more.
