"For anybody trying to drain their bank account or find the most expensive way to make their house stand out from the pack, this offer is not to be missed!"

All of the technology enthusiasts I know are smart enough to tell a bargain from a blatant rip off.

  • No Fibaro products?

  • Wow, these prices are very high!

    • Care to share where you can get it cheaper?

I'm going through the effort of learning how to do it with arduino/raspberry Pi. It will be a fraction of the price.

        • -4

          Requires too much effort.

Total rip off. Don't waste your time on it.

You could do worse than the zwave stuff, but yes they aren't cheap. If you want something a little less pricey then I'd consider http://ninjablocks.com. They have just released the 'pi crust' that allows you to use a raspberry pi and arduino….

  • The prices don't seem that bad. I usually buy from smarthome.com.au and the prices of the Vera home server options here appear to be comparable - about $50 cheaper in one example!

    • No discount on servers.
