I've bought a couple of cheap car chargers, one was really slow and the other most of the time just wouldn't charge at all.
I know the cheap AC chargers can be really dangerous and do damage to phones:

Does anyone know if the same applies to car chargers? I would assume they are less risky because of the lower voltage of a car battery but I don't really know.Still risky.
While car battery is only 12V (with alternator charging at 14ish) there are lots of voltage spikes which can kill your device unless filtered properly.its true if u use regularly it will kill your battery very soon, its only for emergency or for only navigation,
personally will not deal with them again. Ordered from them previously and been waiting for more than a month and still waiting… Contacted them via the email system but never have any replies.

Across all the China freeship sites, 4 to 5 weeks delivery is the norm. If you have an order arrive on or before the 3 week mark, that's a very good result.
Before you pester known reputable sellers or launch PayPal disputes against them, at least ponder the possibility/likelihood that slow arriving orders have gone astray, or been delayed (or nicked), through no fault of the seller in question.
I have placed dozens of orders with Tmart, Buyincoins, Tinydeal, Fasttech etc. On some occasions, orders have arrived VERY late - and, yes, I haven't exactly been pleased - but even with occasional content stuff-ups, all of those orders have arrived.
If you're particularly prone to order-induced ants-in-the-pants, pay for expedited delivery.

I would be a little careful of these cheap chargers, as I had one which was causing the fuse to blow in the car all the time. I had to change the charger and then it was all good after that.

I have stopped using car chargers. I now have a few external battery packs. I charge the packs up over night. Might make one flat per day, then charge them over night. When the car is of so is the lighter plug. It makes a difference when things are charging all the time when plugged in. Also nice to have a device in a back pack charging.
Not sure if this would be the case for everyone, but I had one of these and it blew 3 fuses in my 1986 ford laser

Also I was not able to find anywhere on tmart support for the order to ask for help on re-shipping or refund.
As the status is shipped, it keeps telling me to fill in under "After Ship" section but there are no options to pick items never received category.

None of these apply. Manually entering email address and order ID makes no diff.
How do I request a refund if re-ship still nothing arrives?

i really suspect that majority of these have not been shipped. Let's see how much truth is there is your statement and we eventually get the charger. If it has ever been shipped then majority of us should receive.
