  Buy at your own risk. You don't know at all if the seller is reliable.

  This phone is only single band 3g 2100mhz, and the ROM storage is only 4GB (limiting on the number of apps you can install, before you need to rely on Link2SD).

  spend the extra 100 and get a google nexus 4 from the play store, or alternitavley wait till the 23rd and try to pick up something from the dxau sale that will blow it out the water for a little bit less

    well it might not blow it out the water but you should be able to get 5" full hd and a 32gb rom for about the same sort of money

  I have this phone, paid $190AUD delivered. That is a great price.
  The phone is excellent. Great screen and battery life. I put a 64gb micro sd so no storage issues.
  Its fast, responsive. Has ROMs available over on XDA. The only issue I had was GPS, there's heap of advice how to improve at XDA. Can get a lock now in under a min, used to take 10mins.
  For this price, worth the risk imo.

  I would avoid.

  I think Aliexpress has a great many sellers who are scamming. They mostly have 0 feedback.

  A good example is to do a search for "I7 laptops" and order by price, currently the cheapest is AU $35.40 / piece (might buy 30 for xmas gifts). Now click the "Top-Rated" button and the cheapest is AU $486.14 / piece plus shipping.
  It is always like this. The real sellers have realistic prices. But there are a lot of zero feedback, new sellers with unbelievable prices on Smartphones, tools, clothes, kitchen appliances, anything. Maybe 90+% are scams IMO.

  To buy hopefully safely on Aliexpress I would suggest always click the "Top-Rated" button on product searches. It saves a lot of time. You should then just get established sellers.

  Regarding escrow, do not give good feedback until you are fully satisfied with the goods, otherwise you wont get support or a refund from Aliexpress.

  I avoid Ebay and Aliexpress nowadays as there are too many problems with them. Paypal didnt refund me twice when they should have.
