    OTR is kind of a pointless re-release of DR2 so going for the DR2 complete pack (DP2 + OTR + DLC = $9,99 usd) seems even more pointless.
    I'd say if you haven't played DR2 yet then just skip it and go for the slightly improved OTR. If you have, leave it. Same shit, different day,
