I ordered a 12 pack of sparkling wine from Winebros and what I received was a 6 pack. I paid $x amt per bottle X 12, so the mistake was not them merely saying it was a 12 pack. The cases were all accounted for because the order and stickers on the boxes 1 of 3, 2 of 3 and 3 of 3, so I am not expecting another box.
I filled out their online form last week and again today and messaged the "rep" via OZB, but not response.
Has this happened to anyone else and did you have difficulty getting it sorted out?
