yeah they're very reliable! My sister moved to Vietnam and she ordered my birthday present at this website, and it took them about 4 days to send it straight to my house in Melbourne. Also, they're packaging is extremely presentable, with each of my pieces of make up being individually wrapped in silver paper:)
