On 30th last monthI placed an item for Pick up in store, and I still havnt received a email saying I can pick it up. the specials for the hifi speakers end on Monday which is at 12 in 30mins. If I head down tomoro and they have the stock, would it be to late to pay for the price on the date which I ordered it? I ordered it which was $173 normal price is around $260.
The same thing happened to me — waited about a week for an email that didn't appear; rang the store who found the order but it had been missed. The store was then able to fulfil for the order price. I would call with your order details to ask if you can come and collect.
I was in a similar situation when I bought speakers from them last time, wanted a certain colour of speaker and they had to order it in for me. At the time I ordered they had a 40% off sale. Even though the speakers came in after the sale had ended they honoured the agreed price (as they should).
You will definitely get them at the sale price, the most likely thing that's happened at the store is they have either missed your order, or are waiting on stock to come in to confirm.
Same here :( I bought 2 Blu rays to be collected from two separate JB's, I placed the order the night before and waited till 3pm the next day to get the email, nothing… so I decided to head to both stores anyways and picked them up, their excuse was they were too busy and hadn't even seen the Pick Up in store orders.
If you ordered it at a certain price, you should be entitled to that price. Perhaps call the store or drop them an email asking where it's at. Perhaps they have no stock or it got missed.
