Coles at Noarlunga SA have a whole display of Lavazza coffee, beans and ground, at $5 for 500g in a limited edition tin. The Best Before date is not shown on the tin but I just opened mine up and the bag inside states 30/04/2015 so it's fresh stock. $10 for 1kg is excellent.
Discounted from $9 last week. About a dozen of each variety left. Don't know if it's a single store only special.
In my local coles (MOE) they have been reduced to 5.- too but nobody purchased them so they went down to 3.-
I think part of the problem is no Best Before date on the box. I thought it was old stale stock they were trying to get rid of as I saw the price slowly fall from $15, to $9, and then $5 over the past few weeks. It was a pleasant surprise to open the box and see it's good.

Excellent post. Of course, I can't make myself pay $5 now that I know it is $3 elsewhere, but I did well with the Grinders coffee at $5 per kg so I may be patient…

I asked the grumpy old lady and she said they sold out (4:30pm)
Yeah, I checked today around 3pm and they were all gone.
Cheapest so far.. wish I can grab one from my local Coles
