Saw this for $10 and there was around 25 of them when I bought my copy. I also checked if any other Wii games were on special and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption is $10 which is worth picking up if you don't have it. I don't know if the Big W at Blacktown Westpoint is the only one that has this special. Edit: Wii Party + Wiimote Bundles are also $10. There are a few copies at the Fairfield Neeta City Big W.

does motion plus make much of a difference? (do all new games utilise it also?)
I think Wii U games require it (for those that support Wii controllers). Otherwise if you only play Wii games then there are only a couple that require it (Can only think of Zelda Skyward Sword at the moment.)
ah really? damn, will have to buy some new wii motes/motion plus adapters for that DSE Wii U then :/
Most WiiU games work fine with plain Wiimotes.
There are a couple of games in Nintendoland (the included game with WiiU premium) that require motion plus.
Not sure if upcoming WiiU games (eg Zelda Wind Waker etc) will require motionplus.
There are some Wii games (eg Skyward sword) that need motion plus.

No stock at Big W Armadale (WA), but I did pick up Wii Lego Indiana Jones for $10.
The Big W at Fairfield Neeta City doesn't have any Wii Plays but it did have 3 copies of Wii Party with a wiimote and they are $10 as well. I bought one and, unlike the Wii Play, it came with a Club Nintendo card! So, yay, cheap points! There in the cabinet though and the price tag is still at $88.
Damn, didnt see that at my big w. at least there a heap stock there.
